Traditional Korean Fruit Punch.

Preparation time- 10 mins

Cooking time- 15 mins



  • Pear-2
  • Honey-2tbsp
  • Black Peppercorn-2tsp
  • Sliced Ginger-2tsp
  • Water-3cups


1. Peel the pear and cut it into quarters.

2. Heat a pan, add water, ginger, black peppercorns, pear. Bring it to boil. Add honey.

3. Reduce heat, boil for 10mins.

4. Let it cool. Then refrigerate it until chilled.

5. Serve it.

This drink can be served hot or cold.
