A Flavourful Mouthwatering Dish.

Preparation time- 20 mins

Cooking time- 40 mins



  • Chicken-500gms
  • Ginger garlic paste-2tbsp
  • Tomato-4(chopped)
  • Green chillies-5(chopped)
  • Crushed coriander seeds-1tsp
  • Crushed cumin seeds-1tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
  • Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder-1/2tsp
  • Crushed Whole Red Chilli-2tsp
  • Coriander Leaves-1bunch
  • Refined Oil


1. Toast the cumin seeds, coriander seeds ,whole red chilli and crush them.

2. Heat the oil, add crushed cumin seeds, crushed coriander seeds then add tomatoes, turmeric powder, salt and stir it .

3. Add chopped green chillies ,crushed red chillies, ginger garlic paste stir it properly.

4. Add chicken, turmeric powder, salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder. Cook on low flame.

5. Add coriander leaves .Then add water and cook on low flame.

6. After chicken is ready garnish with coriander leaves.

7. Its ready to be served.
