An easy festive sweet ready in 30 mins.

  • Grated Coconut-1cup
  • Semolina-2.5cup
  • Clarified Butter-1/2cup
  • Caster Sugar-2cup
  • Milk Powder-3.5tbsp
  • Cardamom Powder-1.5tsp
  • Raisins-6tsp
  • Full Cream Milk-1.5cup
  • Cashew powder-2tsp
  • Cashewnuts-4tbsp(chopped)


1. Heat the pan, toast grated coconut .Keep it aside.

2. Heat the pan, add clarified butter and toast semolina in it. When semolina gets light brown add the toasted coconut.

3. Add milk powder ,cardamom powder, cashew powder, raisins, chopped cashew ,caster sugar and mix properly.

4. Add full cream milk .Mix well, prepare to a tight mixture.

5. Spread this mixture on the plate ,prepare the balls taking a small amount of mixture.

6. Now semolina coconut laddu is ready.
