Ingredients

  • Baby Corns-12 pieces (cut into 2 pieces)
  • Split Bengal Gram-1tsp
  • Whole White Lentil-1tsp
  • Mustard Seeds-1tsp
  • Cumin Seeds-1/2tsp
  • Green Chilli-2tsp
  • Asafoetida- a pinch
  • Coriander Powder-1/2tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder-1/2tsp
  • Salt To Taste
  • White Pepper Powder-1/2tsp
  • Cinnamon Powder-1/4tsp
  • Onion-1(sliced)
  • Hung Yogurt-1cup
  • Cream-1/2cup
  • Coriander Leaves-1/2cup(chopped)
  • Nutmeg Powder-a pinch
  • Cooking Oil
  • Turmeric Powder-a pinch

Method

1. Boil water in a pan with salt and turmeric powder, add baby corns.

2. Boil for 5minutes,after 5minutes drain it. Pour cold water on the boiled baby corns and keep aside.

3. Heat oil ,add cumin seeds, split bengal gram, whole white lentil, mustard seeds, green chilli and asafoetida .

4. Add sliced onion, salt, fry till light brown.

5. Add hung curd, coriander powder, garam masala powder, white pepper powder, salt. Mix them well.

6. Add cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, baby corns and stir well.

7. Add water, cook on low flame, after 5 minutes add coriander leaves and cream.

8. Remove from heat and serve hot.
