1. Mix gelatine with water, keep it aside for 10minutes.
2. Take a bowl add ripe mango pulp, heavy cream ,the gelatine mixture, mix it. Put it on low heat, whisk it properly. Keep aside for cooling.
3. Take a bowl add milk ,heavy cream ,gelatine mixture. Put it on the low heat, mix it properly.
4. After few minutes turn off the gas ,keep aside this mixture for cooling.
5. Take a glass ,make a layer of mango, refrigerate it. Then add a milk layer on top and again refrigerate it.
6. After every layer refrigerate for setting.
7. Garnish with chopped mango pieces.
