1. Heat a pan, add butter. After the butter melts add chopped onion and sauté it.
2. Add washed grained rice, stir gently. Add jalapenos, corn kernels, water and salt. Mix all the ingredients properly.
3. Cover the pan and cook on low heat.
4. After a few minutes when rice gets cooked add chopped parsley and crumbled feta cheese.
5. Mix properly and serve hot.
