Ingredients

  • Quinoa-1cup
  • Potato (cut into cubes)-1cup
  • Carrot(cut into cubes)-1cup
  • Green beans(cut into small pieces)-1cup
  • Tomato-1(sliced)
  • Yellow lentil-1/2 cup(moong dal)
  • Red lentil-1/2 cup(masoor dal)
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
  • Grated ginger-2tsp
  • Extra virgin coconut oil
  • Cumin Seeds-1tsp
  • Bay Leaf-1
  • Asafoetida-1/4tsp
  • Lemon juice-1(lemon)
  • Cottage cheese(cut into cubes)-1cup(paneer)
  • Green peas-1cup
  • Soya chunks-1cup
  • Cumin powder-2tsp

Method

1. Heat the oil; add cumin seed, asafetida, bay leaf, grated ginger. Stir it.

2. Add potato, green beans and carrot. Stir fry. Then put in salt, turmeric powder and mix well.

3. After mixing well add in yellow lentil, red lentil. Stir all the things and then add sliced tomato.

4. To this add boiled soya chunks, quinoa, cumin powder, salt, turmeric powder. Mix all the things properly.

5. Add hot water, lid it and leave it for few minutes. After that open the lid and add green peas and cottage cheese.

6. When it all gets cooked add lemon juice.

7. Serve it.
