Light and fluffy cakes.

Preparation time- 10 mins

Cooking time- 25 mins

Serve- 6


Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour-4cup
  • Caster sugar-2cup
  • Yeast-1.5tsp
  • Butter-1cup(melted)
  • Egg-2
  • Milk-1/4cup
  • Salt
  • Granulated sugar

Method

1. Take a bowl, add flour, yeast, caster sugar, salt, butter, egg, milk and make dough.

2. Cover this dough with a towel and set aside to rise for about 2-3 hours.

3. Punch down the risen dough to release air bubbles.

4. Sprinkle some flour and roll the dough on this flour.

5. Make small balls from this dough.

6. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with cupcake liners.

7. Put the small ball into the liners and brush this ball with egg wash, sprinkle granulated sugar on these ball.

8. Bake this at 180 c for 25 minutes.
