Delicious homemade breakfast.

Preparation time- 10 mins

Cooking time- 25 mins

Serve- 4


Ingredients

  • Flour-3 cup
  • Yeast-2tsp
  • Sugar-1/4tsp
  • Salt
  • Egg-4
  • Black Pepper-1/2 tsp
  • Oregano-1/4 tsp
  • Olive Oil-1/4 cup
  • Mozzarella Cheese

Method

1. In a bowl add flour, yeast, pinch of salt, sugar, oil and mix them up properly.

2. With the help of lukewarm water make dough. Keep it aside for one hour.

3. In a bowl, beat eggs then season with salt, black pepper and oregano.

4. In a medium non-stick pan add oil over medium heat ,pour the beaten eggs.

5. With the help of spoon scrambled the eggs.

6. Sprinkle the flour on the surface ,roll the dough on the flour.

7. Make a small ball from the dough, using a roll pin give it a shape.

8. Brush oil on it then add scrambled eggs and mozzarella cheese.

9. Fold from one side to the other side and seal the edges.

10.With the help of fork make pores, brush with egg wash.

11.Bake at 200 c for 25minutes.

12.Now egg patties are ready for serving.
