Prepare quick and healthy sandwiches any time of the day

  • Bread Slices - 6(toasted)
  • Tomatoes - 3(sliced)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper
  • Garlic-3(cloves)
  • Walnuts-1/2 cup(chopped)
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil-4tbsp
  • Coriander leaves-1cup
  • Grated cheese-3tbsp


1. Grind garlic, coriander leaves, walnuts, grated cheese, salt, extra virgin olive oil together and make a paste.

2. Toast the bread and spread this paste on the toasted bread slices.

3. Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on the bread, sprinkle black pepper powder and salt.

4. Now quick healthy sandwich is ready to be eaten any time of the day.
