  • Egg-1
  • Soy sauce-1tsp
  • Water-1tsp
  • White sugar-1/2 tsp


1. Take a small bowl, add soy sauce, sugar, water and mix it properly.

2. After mixing add egg and beat it.

3. Heat a nonstick pan ,then pour the egg mixture.

4. Spread the mixture in the pan properly.

5. When the egg is fried then flip it.

6. Now the omelette is ready to be served.
