1. Heat water in a bowl, when water is boiling add yellow lentil, turmeric powder and salt.
2. Boil until the lentil is cooked.
3. Heat oil in a pan, add potato and stir it.
4. Add turmeric powder,salt, stir well, cover with a lid.
5. After few minutes open the lid ,add pea.
6. Stir all of them ,when potato and peas are cooked,keep it in a plate.
7. Again pour some cooking oil,add cauliflower,turmeric powder and salt.
8. Fry it until cauliflower is cooked. When cauliflower is cooked keep in a plate.
9. Pour little bit oil in a pan,add dried red chilli,nigella seed and asafetida.
10. Add tomato, stir it.
11. Add turmeric powder, salt and mix properly.
12. Now add cooked yellow lentil ,stir it.
13. Add fried potato and pea then add fried cauliflower mix well.
14. Now add ginger powder in this mixture, after that add chopped coriander leaves, mix well.
15. Switch off the gas ,add lemon juice and mix well.
16. Now delicious yellow lentil dish is ready to be served.
17. You can serve with rice and mashed potato.
