  • Brown bread-6 pieces
  • Sweet corn-1/2 cup
  • Tomato-1(chopped)
  • Onion- 1(chopped)
  • Cucumber-1(chopped,with skin)
  • Hung curd-1 cup
  • Crushed black pepper -1tsp
  • Coriander leaves-1/2 cup(chopped)
  • Black salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil-1tsp


1. Take a bowl ,add hung curd,chopped tomato,chopped coriander leaves,chopped cucumber,chopped onion,extra virgin olive oil and mix up.

2. Add black salt,crushed black pepper,sweet corn and mix up properly.

3. Take one piece of brown bread,spread this mixture and cover it another bread.

4. Healthy instant curd sandwich is ready.
