1. Take soya chunks in a bowl,soak in hot water for few minutes.
2. In a small bowl take some soy sauce,add chopped chilli with soy sauce.
3. After soaking the soya chunks drain the water.
4. Heat the pan,add cooking oil,after few minutes add soya chunks and fry it.
5. When soya chunks are fried keep it aside,again add cooking oil in the pan.
6. Add sliced onion,sauté it,after few minutes add french beans,carrot,green capsicum and sauté.
7. Add salt and mix up properly,after mixing add green peas.
8. Sauté for few minutes and cover with lid.
9. After few minutes open the lid add fried soya chunks and mix up.
10. Add crushed black pepper and mix,after that add soy sauce.
11. Mix all of these properly.
12. Heat water in a large bowl,add oil to boiling water,after that add noodles.
13. After few minutes drain water and keep the noodles in a plate.
14. Spread the fried vegetables on the noodles and spread soy sauce chilli mixture.
15. Now healthy complete meal is ready ,you can take it any time.
