2. Marinate prawn with salt and black pepper,keep it for 15mins.
3. Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry marinated prawn,when prawn is cooked,keep it in a bowl.
4. Wash basmati rice in a bowl and keep it aside, boil water in a sauce pan,when water is boiling add salt and washed rice.
5. After few minutes when rice is cooked drain the water.
6. Take a bowl,add soy sauce and sesame oil,mix up.
7. Now heat the pan,add cooking oil after that add chopped garlic and saute .
8. Add spring onion,carrot,green bell pepper,salt,mix all the things and sauté.
9. Add fried prawn,cooked rice and mix up.
10. Spread soy sauce mixture,mix up properly.
11. Prawn rice healthy dish is ready,at the time of plating spread spring onion.
