2. Take almond,pistachio,cashew nuts and saffron,blend it.
3. Heat a pan, add clarified butter,roast vermicelli slightly golden on low flame.
4. After roasting keep aside vermicelli,again add clarified butter in a pan.
5. Add tofu and fry it,after frying keep aside tofu in a bowl.
6. Add clarified butter in a pan,add green cardamom,cloves,cinnamon sticks,bay leaf,dry red chilli,ginger paste and stir.
7. After few minutes add cashew nuts and raisins,mix all of them,add lukewarm water.
8. Add salt and sugar,mix up,then add fried vermicelli and fried tofu.
9. Mix all ingredients,after few minutes when vermicelli is cooked,spread grounded powder and mix up all.
10. Now this is time for plating Nawabi dish.
