Authentic Traditional Pasta

  • Milk-500ml
  • Butter-50gm
  • Pasta-Wholegrain Penne(150gm)
  • Wheat Flour-50gm
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Nutmeg
  • Onion-1
  • Black Pepper-2tsp
  • Parsley
  • Bay Leaf-1
  • Cloves-6
  • Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • Minced Garlic-2tbsp
  • Salt


1. Heat water in a bowl,when water is boiling add salt and wholegrain penne.

2. When pasta is cooked,drain water,quickly cool down under running water.

3. Spread olive oil over the pasta to avoid sticking with each other.

4. Use onion,bay leaf and cloves, make studded onion(cover onion with bay leaf and cloves).

5. Heat milk,when milk starts boiling add studded onion.

6. After few minutes bring out studded onion from milk,this milk is more flavour ful,use this amazing method.

7. Take a pan,add butter,after the butter melts add wheat flour,continue to stir,then slowly add milk and continuously stir,after that sieve this white sauce.

8. Add nutmeg,melted butter,mix up well,white sauce is ready.

9. Heat pan ,add olive oil,minced garlic,sauté.

10. Add prepared white sauce,mix up,add boiled pasta and mix it well.

11. Add salt and black pepper mix up.

12. Pour this white sauce pasta in a plate,grate parmesan cheese on the top and sprinkle parsley.
