Delicious, Simple, and Best Prawns

Ingredients

  • Prawns-400gm
  • Ginger Garlic Paste-2tsp
  • Turmeric Powder-1.5 tsp
  • Lemon-1(juice)
  • Green Chilli-2(chopped)
  • Coriander Seeds-2tsp
  • Cumin Seeds-2tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder-1tsp
  • Garlic-8(cloves)
  • Curry Leaves-1/4cup
  • Coriander Leaves-1/2 cup
  • Chat Masala-1tsp
  • Onion-2(chopped)
  • Black Pepper Corn-1tsp
  • Cooking Oil
  • Salt

Method

1. Take a bowl, add prawns, turmeric powder, salt, ginger-garlic paste, and lemon juice. Mix well and marinate for a few minutes.

2. In the mixture jar, add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black peppercorns, garlic cloves, red chilli powder, and grind all the spices.

3. Heat a pan, add cooking oil, then add chopped onion. Stir it and add salt.

4. Add turmeric powder, mix well, add a few curry leaves, and stir.

5. Add the marinated prawns, mix thoroughly, add the ground spices, and chopped green chilli.

6. Mix all of this, add chat masala, curry leaves, and coriander leaves.

7. After mixing everything, plate this dish.

8. Delicious, the best prawns are now ready to be eaten.
