Cucumber oatmeal smoothie with chia and flax seed

Ingredients

  • Oatmeal- 1/2 cup
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Cucumber- 1 cup grated
  • Chia seed- 1 tsp(soaked in water)
  • Flax seed- 1/2 tsp(grounded)
  • Honey- 1 tsp
  • Almond 10 pieces( grounded)
  • Rock salt (as per need)
  • Water or ice-cube

Method

1. Put all the ingredients without flax seed into the blender for blending.

2. After blending it we will get a thick smooth drink.

3. Pour it into the glass.

4. Spread the grounded flax seed on top of the drink.

5. Decorate with sliced cucumber.
