  • Premium Dark Compound-500gm
  • Chopped apricot-2tsp
  • Cashew-4tp
  • Flax seed-2tsp
  • Chopped almond-3tsp
  • Almond flakes-2tsp
  • Oats-3tsp
  • Sunflower seed-2tsp
  • Pumpkin seed-2tsp
  • Pistachio(chopped)-3tsp
  • Chopped walnut-3tsp
  • Sesame seed-2tsp
  • Raisins(black,golden)-2tsp(each raisins)
  • Cranberries-2tsp
  • Butterscotch nuts-2tsp
  • Gojiberry-2tsp
  • Chopped hazelnut-3tsp
  • Dried cherries-2tsp
  • Desiccated coconut-4tsp
  • Dried prunes(chopped)-2tsp
  • Rainbow vermicelli-3tsp


1. Roast pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, oats, sesame seed, flax seed, desiccated coconut in a fry pan.

2. Melt the dark compound by double boiler method ,the bowl should not touch the water.

3. After it melts bring it to room temperature, then add all the roasted items with nuts and dried fruits.

4. Pour half of the mixture in the mould and spread the rest in an aluminium foil to make a chocolate bar, add roasted items ,nuts and dry fruits for decoration.

5. Give it time to settle in room temperature. You can also refrigerate it.

6. When it is ready take it out from the mould and foil. It is ready .
