1. Mix taro root with salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and deep fry it.
2. Make a paste with coriander leaves and green chillies.
3. Heat the oil and add nigella seeds, red chillies and garlic paste, stir it and add fried taro root.
4. Add coriander paste, salt. Stir it properly, sprinkle little bit of hot water.
5. Add mustard paste and again add little bit of water.
6. Stir it and serve.
