1. Toast melon seeds, peanut, grated coconut and grind them individually.
2. Heat oil .Add onion , salt, turmeric powder and sauté until golden brown.
3. Add ginger, garlic paste , green chilli paste and stir it. Now add grounded coconut ,grounded peanut, grounded melon seeds ,yogurt.
4. Add chicken ,salt ,turmeric powder .Add little bit of water and stir it properly for few minutes.
5. After the chicken is cooked add lemon juice and garam masala .Sprinkle some toasted melon seeds.
