Ingredients

  • Prawns-300gms
  • Garlic (crushed)-1/2tsp
  • Cloves(ground)-1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon (ground)-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
  • Sugar-1/4 tsp
  • Flour-1/4 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder-1tsp
  • Lemon Juice-1/2 tsp
  • Chicken Stock-1/2 cup
  • Salt To Taste
  • Onion (chopped)-1/2 cup
  • Coconut Cream-1/2 cup

Method

1. Heat the oil in a pan, add chopped onion ,crushed garlic and salt, fry it.

2. Then add ground cloves, ground cinnamon, red chilli powder, turmeric powder ,salt, sugar and stir it for a few minutes.

3. Now add chicken stock, bring to a boil , then add prawns, when prawns are cooked add flour mixture with some chicken stock.

4. Add lemon juice, coconut cream.

5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
