Delicious Healthy Homemade Pancakes.

Preparation time- 5 mins

Cooking time- 15 min

Serve- 5


Ingredients

  • Egg-2
  • Melted Butter-1/2cup
  • Vanilla Essence-1tsp
  • Baking Powder-1tsp
  • Caster Sugar-1/2cup
  • Sorghum Flour-1cup
  • Whole White Lentil Flour-1/2 cup
  • Milk-1cup
  • Sweet Corn-1/4cup
  • Strawberry-1/2cup(chopped)
  • Toasted Oats-1/2cup
  • Salt-pinch

Method

1. Heat the pan and toast the oats.

2. Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients. Make a thick batter.

3. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat.

4. Melt butter in the frying pan over medium low heat.

5. Pour the pan cake batter into the frying pan(1/4 cup for each pancake)

6. Bubbles will form on the top of the pancakes .Cook 2-3 minutes.

7. Flip and cook them for 1-2 minutes.

8. Serve with butter ,honey, strawberry.
