Crispy Crunchy fried ladyfinger is a quick and easy dish.

Preparation time- 15 mins

Cooking time- 20mins

Serve- 4


Ingredients

  • Ladyfinger-300g
  • Ginger-garlic Paste-2tsp
  • Onion-1
  • Hoisin Sauce-3tbsp
  • Cornflour-2tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking oil
  • Soya Sauce-2tbsp
  • Red Chilli Sauce-3tbsp
  • For Batter
  • Cornflour-1cup
  • Plain Flour-3tbsp
  • Ginger-garlic Paste-1tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • White Pepper Powder-1/2tsp
  • Soya Sauce-1tsp
  • Vinegar-1tsp
  • Lemon Juice

Method

1. Cut the ladyfinger into 2 long pieces.

2. Take a bowl mix all the ingredients required for the batter, add water ,do not make the batter too thick or too thin.

3. Heat oil in a pan, dip the ladyfinger in batter and deep fry.

4. Take another pan heat oil, add onion and salt ,fry it.

5. Add ginger garlic paste and fried ladyfinger, sauté for 1 minute.

6. Add soya sauce ,red chilli sauce , hoisin sauce and mix well.

7. Take a small bowl, add cornflour ,water and make a paste .Add this cornflour paste in the ladyfinger fry, mix it properly.

8. Ready to serve.
