1. Take a bowl,add grated coconut,powdered milk,almond powder,raisins,chopped cashewnuts,cardamom powder and caster sugar. Mix all these ingredients.
2. Add rice flour to it and mix them properly.
3. For shaping the sweets take some coconut mixture in your hands and roll it to a ball shape, then gently press it.
4. Heat the pan, add clarified butter, shallow fry all the coconut sweets on low flame.
5. After frying serve the sweets with some condensed milk on the top.
