1. In a bowl add chickpea flour, plain flour and mix them properly. Add water to make a batter.
2. Dip the cheese in this batter, the cheese should be fully covered with the batter.
3. Heat the pan, add cooking oil, with the help of a spoon take the cheese from the batter and fry it.
4. Don’t overcook; serve in hot. Within few minutes your great snack is ready.
