Quick healthy homemade soup

Ingredients

  • Chicken-250gm
  • Potato-1
  • Carrot-1(medium)
  • Green beans-100gm
  • Raw papaya-1(small)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper-2tsp
  • Butter-2tsp

Method

1. Take pressure cooker,add raw papaya, potato,carrot,green beans,chicken,water,salt and cover the pressure cooker lid, wait for 1 whistle.

2. Leave the cooker for few minutes.

3. Heat the pan and add butter, when the butter melts pour the boiled chicken and vegetables.

4. Mix up and cook on a low flame for few minutes.

5. Sprinkle black pepper in the soup and the homemade chicken soup is ready.

6. Immediately serve hot healthy chicken soup.
