1. Take a bowl, add oats and milk, and leave it for a few minutes.
2. In a small bowl, mix custard powder with milk and let it sit for 10 minutes.
3. In a saucepan, heat milk until it boils. Reduce the heat, add the oats mixture, and stir. Gradually add the custard mixture. Once the oats custard thickens, remove it from heat and let it cool.
4. In a large bowl, break the eggs and whisk them thoroughly.
5. Combine the whisked eggs with the oats custard mixture, add honey, and mix well.
6. To make caramel, use a saucepan and melt granulated sugar without using a spoon.
7. Once the sugar is melted and caramelized, pour it into a pudding bowl or ramekins.
8. Pour the oats custard mixture into the caramel-coated bowl and cover it with foil.
9. Place the pudding bowl in a pan with hot water, cover the pan, and steam for 30 minutes.
10. After 30 minutes, if the pudding has set on top, remove it from the saucepan, let it cool, and then refrigerate for a few hours.
11. When serving, use a knife to gently loosen the edges of the pudding. Place a plate over the bowl, flip it, and tap it lightly to release the dessert onto the plate.
