Ingredients

  • Plain Flour-1cup
  • Egg-2
  • Black Pepper-1tsp
  • Spring Onion-1 cup
  • Tomato-4
  • Lettuce
  • Butter
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Salt

Method

1. In a bowl, mix plain flour, oil, and salt. Add lukewarm water to make a dough.

2. Set the dough aside for one hour.

3. Cut baby tomatoes and spring onions, keeping the spring onions in a separate bowl.

4. In another bowl, mix eggs, black pepper, and salt. Set aside.

5. Take the prepared dough and make small balls.

6. Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough into tortillas.

7. Heat a pan and place the tortilla in it. After a few minutes, flip the tortilla.

8. Add the egg mixture, spreading it evenly over the tortilla. After a few minutes, add baby tomatoes, lettuce, and mozzarella cheese.

9. Fold the tortilla in half and add butter. Flip it.

10. Once one side is fried, add butter to fry the other side.

11. Your easy breakfast tortilla is ready to be served.
