1. Marinate the chicken for 1 hour by mixing with turmeric powder,salt,curd,kashmiri red chilli powder.
2. Roast kasoori methi(dried fenugreek leaves) in the pan.
3. Heat the oil in the pan,add red chillies(broken),cloves,green cardamoms,black cardamom,bay leaf,cinnamon stick.
4. Add chopped onions,salt,turmeric powder,kashmiri red chilli powder and stir for a minute.
5. Add chopped tomatoes,chopped green chillies,stir and fry till tomatoes turn soft.
6. Add ginger garlic paste,cumin powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,kashmiri red chilli powder, salt and mix it.
7. Add the marinated chicken to it.
8. Cover and cook,stir occasionally.
9. Sprinkle water.
10. Add the roasted kasoori methi(fenugreek leaves), mix it properly.
11. Garnish with coriander leaves
