1. Soak the whole white lentil overnight .Blend it with water and make a batter.
2. Add salt to the batter.
3. Heat oil .Add small amounts of the batter balls to the hot oil. Deep- fry until golden brown on all sides.
4. Remove them on a tissue for absorption of extra oil.
5. Again heat oil on another pan and add mustard seeds.
6. When mustard seeds crackle add hot water .Stir it .Add salt ,turmeric powder.
7. Add the fried balls ,tamarind pulp, sugar and mix them. It should not be very thick.
8. Serve when cool. You can refrigerate it.
