Rejuvenating Breakfast.

Preparation time- 5 mins

Serve- 1


Ingredients

  • Brown Bread-2 slices
  • Yogurt-1cup
  • Garlic Clove-1 medium size
  • Rock Salt To Taste
  • Olive Oil-1tbsp
  • Egg-2
  • Sweet Smoked Paprika-1/4tsp

Method

1. Take a bowl and add yogurt ,grated garlic ,rock salt. Mix it.

2. Heat water in a pan and bring it to a simmer. Crack the egg into a bowl and slide into the pan.

3. Cook for 3-4 minutes ,lift the egg out with spoon ,drain it excess water.

4. Take a plate, add yogurt mixture ,set water poached egg on this mixture.

5. Put the pan on the gas oven ,add olive oil and sweet smoked paprika.

6. Spread this on the yogurt and water poached egg.

7. Serve with toasted brown bread.
