Instant Sweet And Sour Mango Pickle.

Preparation time- 20 mins

Cooking time- 25 min

Serve- 25


  • Raw Mango-2.5kg
  • Granulated Sugar-1kg
  • Sea Salt To Taste
  • Rock Salt To Taste
  • Black Salt To Taste
  • Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder-1tsp
  • Turmeric Powder-1/2tsp
  • Dry Red Chilli-4
  • Fennel Seeds-4tsp
  • Cumin Seeds-2tsp


1. Peel the mangoes, grate all the raw mangoes.

2. Heat the pan ,add cumin seeds ,fennel seeds ,dry red chilli .Toast all of them.

3. Grind all the toasted spices.

4. Heat the pan add grated mangoes ,sea salt ,rock salt ,black salt. Stir it well.

5. Add turmeric powder ,Kashmiri red chilli powder mix it well.

6. Add granulated sugar stir it properly, when it becomes thick then add ground spices.

7. Mix all the things properly .When it is cool preserve it in glass container.
