  • Chicken Liver-300gm
  • Onion -1 cup(sliced)
  • Ginger Garlic Paste-2tsp
  • Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder-1/4tsp
  • Green Chilli-2tsp(chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper-1/2tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder-1/4tsp
  • Coriander Leaves-1/2 cup
  • Cooking Oil


1. Heat the oil,add sliced onion .Stir for a few seconds then add chopped green chilli,salt,turmeric powder and stir again for a few minutes.

2. Add chicken liver,salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and mix them properly.

3. Add ginger garlic paste. Stir and cook for few minutes until liver is cooked. Then add black pepper ,garam masala powder and mix them.

4. Finally add coriander leaves, mix all the things properly.

5. Now chicken liver is ready to be served.
