Preparation time- 10 mins

Cooking time- 25 mins

Serve- 4


  • Potato-3 (thinly sliced)
  • Onion-2(sliced)
  • Tomato -2(chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup boiled soya chunks (chopped)
  • Egg-4
  • Cooking Oil
  • White Pepper-1/2 tsp
  • Chaat Masala-1tsp
  • Red Chilli Sauce-1tsp


1. Take a bowl, break the eggs into the bowl, add salt and whisk them properly.

2. Add white pepper, chopped tomatoes and whisk them as well.

3. Heat oil in a pan and pour the egg mixture into the pan.

4. Scramble the eggs and keep it aside.

5. Boil the soya chunk and chop them.

6. Heat the oil; add boiled chopped soya chunk, salt and stir fry them.

7. Keep the fried soya chunks aside.

8. Again heat oil in a pan, add sliced onion, and stir it.

9. Add thinly sliced potato, salt, and stir fry all of them.

10. Cover the lid for few minutes.

11. Uncover it and then stir all the things properly until potato is cooked.Add fried soya chunks and scrambled eggs.

12. Mix them properly; add chaat masala, red chilli sauce.

13. Finally mix all the things together and then the dish is ready. Now you can enjoy fried egg potato dish.
