1. Take brown rice in a bowl and wash it, keep it aside for 1 hour.
2. Heat the pan ,add broccoli,stir it well, add salt and toss it.
3. When broccoli is cooked take out from pan and keep aside.
4. Add oil in a pan, fry carrot, capsicum, pea and toss all together, add salt and mix well.
5. When all vegetables are cooked take it in a plate and keep aside.
6. For egg scrambale add oil in a pan,break the egg on the pan and sauté it to make scramble.
7. After that add salt and sauté,Keep aside.
8. Add oil in a pan to fry the prawn, sprinkle some salt on the prawn and mix up.
9. In the mean while, take some chicken pieces in a pressure cooker add water and salt, wait for 2 whistle.
10. After few minutes,bring out the chicken and cut into small pieces.Add these small chicken pieces into prawn fry.
11. Mix up scrambled egg with prawn and boiled chicken.
12. Add fried vegetables and mix up properly with soy sauce.
13. Then add chicken stock and rice,mix all of them properly.
14. Take it in a plate and keep aside.
15. Heat water in a bowl add cloves,cinnamon stick, green cardamom,salt and let it boil.
16. Add pre washed rice to the boiling water.
17. After cooking drain the water and keep aside.
18. Heat the pan add cooking oil, after that add chopped garlic and sliced onion.
19. Saute it,sprinkle salt and fry it until it is light brown.
20. Mix fried onion,garlic in the pan and add cooked brown rice.
21. Add soy sauce and pre cooked fried item.
22. Mix up properly at the last moment sprinkle spring onion.
23. Now this is the time when mixed brown fried rice is ready to be served.
