Ingredients

  • Oats-1 cup(roasted)
  • Banana-2(mashed)
  • Whole wheat flour-3 cup
  • Jaggery-1/2cup
  • Milk-2 cup
  • Baking powder-1tsp
  • Butter
  • Maple syrup
  • White chocolate

Method

1. Heat the pan,roast the oats,keep aside.

2. Take whole wheat flour in a bowl,add mashed banana,jaggery,milk,baking powder,mix everything.

3. Add pre roasted oats,mix well and make a batter.

4. Heat a pan,add butter,when butter has melted put some batter in the pan, spread it with the help of spoon.

5. When one side is fried ,flip it to another side.

6. Make all pancakes in this method.

7. Keep all these pancakes in a plate ,pour maple syrup on the pancakes and cut white chocolate into small pieces,spread it on pancakes.

8. Now delicious ,healthy oats banana pancake is ready for biting.
