Delicious healthy fried rice loaded with fresh ingredients homemade meal

Ingredients

  • Brown rice-2 cup
  • Cinnamon stick-1
  • Cloves-6
  • Cardamom-2
  • Carrot-1/2cup
  • Capsicum-1/2cup
  • Pea-1/2 cup
  • Broccoli-1/2cup
  • Soya chunks-2cup
  • Spring onion-1/2cup
  • Green beans-1/2cup
  • Cashew nuts-1cup(roasted)
  • Raisins-1cup
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt

Method

1. Take brown rice in a bowl,wash it properly and soak for one hour.

2. Heat water in a pan,add cloves,cinnamon stick,green cardamom,salt,when water is boiling add soaked brown rice.

3. When rice is cooked,drain the water and keep aside.

4. Heat the oil in a pan,fry broccoli with salt,keep aside,again pour extra oil,fry carrot,capsicum,pea,add salt ,when vegetables are cooked keep it in a plate.

5. Add cooking oil,when oil is heated add green beans,boiled soya chunks and stir fry ,add salt and stir.

6. Add spring onion and stir all the things,now add fried broccoli and all fried vegetables which are kept in a plate.Mix all vegetables properly.

7. Add cooked brown rice and mix up,add raisins,roasted cashew nuts and mix up well.

8. Now healthy fried rice is ready to serve.
