Moist delicious fresh mango party dessert

  • Flour-3 cup
  • Caster sugar-2.5 cup
  • Melted butter-1 cup
  • Milk-1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence -1 tsp
  • Baking powder-2tsp
  • Baking soda-1/2 tsp(sodium bicarbonate)
  • Mango pulp-1.5 cup
  • Cardamom powder-2tsp
  • Whole egg-6
  • Egg white-4


1. In a medium sized bowl take the whole egg and whisk it properly ,add vanilla essence, melted butter and whisk together.

2. Add mango pulp,caster sugar,baking powder,baking soda,flour whisk all together.

3. Add cardamom powder,milk and whisk together.

4. Take two cake tins and grease with oil,sprinkle some flour.

5. Transfer the batter into two cake tins.

6. Pre heat the oven and bake at 170 c for 50 minutes(each cake).

7. Take Water and sugar in a bowl ,heat on the gas oven and make sugar syrup.

8. When two cakes are ready , cool them.

9. After cooling remove the cake from the cake tin .

10. For frosting take separate egg whites in a bowl,use hand mixer to get stiff peaks.

11. Add caster sugar and again use hand mixer.

12. Take one cake,spread sugar syrup on top of the cake with the brush.

13. Spread egg white frosting on the cake and put the another cake on it.

14. Again spread sugar syrup on the another cake top,and spread egg white frosting.

15. After frosting add mango pulp with this white frosting and with the help of spoon decorate the cake ,use small pieces of mango on the icing,spread silver balls and grated chocolate.

16. Moist mango cake is ready for bite.
