  • Oats-1 cup
  • Egg-2
  • Black Pepper-1tsp
  • Rock Salt
  • Low Fat Milk-1 cup
  • Mozzarella Cheese-1tsp
  • Olive Oil


1. Take oats in a bowl,add milk ,mix up and leave it for 5 minutes.

2. After 5 minutes add more milk, egg, salt,black pepper,grated mozzarella cheese.

3. If mixture texture needs milk ,you can add more milk,beat them properly.

4. Heat a pan,put oil and spread it with brush.

5. Now pour the mixture in the pan and cover it with a lid for few minutes.

6. After few minutes open the lid and flip the other side.

7. When other side is cooked ,switch off the gas.

8. Serve this healthy oats omelette.
