  • Oats-3cups
  • Milk-1.5 cup
  • Yogurt-1/2 cup
  • Honey-2tbsp
  • Cinnamon Powder-1/2 tsp
  • Dates-2cup
  • Chia Seeds-1tbsp
  • Flax Seeds-2tbsp
  • Sunflower seeds-2tbsp
  • Pumpkin Seeds-2tbsp
  • Almond Flakes-1/2 cup
  • Grated Coconut-1/2 cup
  • Fruits


1. Take a bowl, add oats,yogurt, milk, honey,cinnamon powder,chia seeds,mix up all of these and cover the bowl,keep it in the refrigerator overnight.

2. The next morning take the oats as a breakfast,if you want you can add milk or yogurt.

3. As per your choice you can take glass or bowl,if you want to take the oats to the office then you take glass bottle with lid.

4. In the bowl add overnight oats then as per your choice add fruits,dry fruits,flax seeds,pumpkin seeds,almond flakes,grated coconut ,sunflower seeds,dates.

5. After adding all the things sprinkle cinnamon powder and spread little bit of honey on the top.
