Indian Summer Healthy Dessert

  • Milk-1Litre
  • Mango-5
  • Hung Curd-2tsp
  • Saffron


1. Take ripe mangoes,peel it and cut into small pieces.

2. Add small pieces of mango in the mixer grinder,and make a fine paste (pulp).

3. In a bowl add this mango pulp,cook it on low flame,evaporate extra water.

4. After cooling mango pulp,no lumps should be there.After cooling sieve this pulp.

5. Heat milk in a deep bowl,take small bowl,add milk and saffron,keep aside.

6. After slightly cooling,add mango pulp in it and mix well.

7. Now add prepared saffron milk,mix up,transfer this mixture in to a pot.

8. Add hung curd and cover this pot,rest it for 8 hours in a warm place.

9. When mango yogurt is ready,then refrigerate it.

10. Before serving spread some saffron over the yogurt and serve yummy chilled mango yogurt.
